Septoplasty: an effective solution to improve nasal breathing

Septoplasty is a surgical procedure performed to correct a deviated nasal septum — the structure that separates the two nasal cavities and that, when deviated, can significantly obstruct airflow. Although many people have a mild deviation without symptoms, in some cases the deviation causes persistent blockage, difficulty breathing, constant nasal congestion, fatigue, poorer sleep quality and even reduced daytime concentration.
